IObit Unlocker (delete undeleteable file,errors like can not delete file etc)

some time its become pain when u want to delete any file and when u click on delete button and u see that ur computer prompting a message that file cant be deleted it is already in use or file name is too long it cant be deleted or u need administrative access to delete this file now what to do here is tha a simple tool to solve ur prblm:-
